Something is stopping the tray from opening and closing correctly. I had to manually help it open and close. Maybe the belt is a bit worn or something else? Its a rubber band looking belt in there. It seems to stop up right before fully opening and closing. I briefly looked at it, didn't see a broken gear or anything but I didn't fully disassemble it.
