2x Decklink mini. Offers HDMI and HDSDI out. It handles up to 1080p60 from all documentation I can find. I used these for livestreamimg with OBS. You can use as many cards as you can fit. These came with tall and mini slots. I do not have the full size so these will only work in a mini pc.
