This is a new item. The box may have some damage (scuffs, dents and tears) but the item is new and ready to use. Ask any questions needed and I will respond within a day. I will only respond to offers sent through the “make an offer” menu. All products are proudly sold from a non smoking home. Returns are not accepted unless there was a fault on my end. Returns may not be processed if a sealed item is returned unsealed or an item has noticeably more wear or is altered in any way. Serial numbers and other identifying information on products are checked and recorded before shipping to prevent return fraud, and a return will not be processed if a different item than what was originally sent is returned.
