Unit is new and never installed in original opened box, but box shows tremendous wear from improper previous shipment and handling. Please see pictures for a better idea of condition. Unit includes water supply/draining hoses and mounting hardware, but no manual or other paperwork. Will be packaged and shipped carefully same or next day by an experienced seller.
