This unusual, quirky item comprises a dark blue car with loudspeaker mounted on the roof. A wide red band can be seen down both sides of the car but I cannot explain the wording. The bright red wheels contrast nicely with the dark blue finish and I leave it to you to decide the car’s purpose as I cannot give any information about it.
