hello - I got this card from a garage sale locally with a few other parts, however I was assured the card was working condition when bought. returned home and tested it and it does not power on. I've taken apart and I see no burns, scratches, cuts or any damage or missing tiny pieces. however when the card is in the PCIE lane motherboard will turn on and light up. its when the 8 pin and 6 pin are connected it does not power on. so potentially just power delivery issue...? could just be my power supply as i have a High Power 500w as my main computer. I dont play much games so I dont need much myself. selling as is condition because of this. I've attached as many photos as I can, ask any questions any time!
