Item has been tested in Windows 11 using the built in controller tester in Control Panel. Item pictured is what is for sale and is in full working order. However please note the controller requires two AA batteries (not included). Also there are no drivers included, so although the controls work, full functionality might not work since the drivers were made for a vintage version of Windows. I think this controller came out in 2006. There's a vibration button which I've tested so the rumble does work, but again it's designed for a really old version of Windows that required compatible drivers for it to work fully so please bear that in mind.
