SOLD AS IS. Powers on no problem, however a few months ago I noticed it was only reporting 8GB of RAM instead of 16 off and on and then the screen would go black and the laptop would freeze constantly while using Google Chrome or doing other simple tasks. It's been factory reset back to Windows 10 but when it's working it's able to upgrade to Windows 11. The bottom casing has small cracks in 3 corners of the vent area. Keyboard has programmable lights and patterns. Includes HP OEM power brick and soft laptop sleeve.
