Antichi piatti da portata Limoges Charles Ahrenfeldt AHR277 9 3/4" (set di 6)

The Limoges Charles Ahrenfeldt AHR277 Dinner Plates are a set of 6 round porcelain plates measuring 9 3/4 inches in diameter and weighing 1 lb + 7 oz each. Made in France, these plates feature cartouches encased by wreaths with a rose swag going around the circumference of the plate, joining them and what appears to be a very thin gold, taupe, and dark brown border. (The last photo shows a magnification of the pattern). The multicolor design and printed backstamp reflect the quality and craftsmanship of the Limoges brand, adding elegance to any dining table. The Charles Ahrenfeldt was a US NY importer and was in business from 1886-1910. Based on the Limoges stamp, the plates were made sometime between 1894-1910.
