Radio Shack PRO-651 Digital Trunking Handheld Portable Radio Scanner - Tested Working. Has some light scratches on the screen from normal use. The battery box did have a little corrosion I removed. Also included is an AC cord. It works, but is 6.5v vs. the recommended 9v.
