In good condition. Includes legs and mounting bracket. There are only 3 screw to hold the bray to the base legs (one screw is missing.) There are no screws to attach tv to mounting bracket. Replacement screws can usually be found on eBay. These mounting bracket will be removed from the base to make shipping easier.
