This laptop is currently being sold as spares or repairs. It will boot to BIOS and we have not tested it any further. The hard drive has been removed to maintain the previous owners data security. We do not have the opportunity to test the devices other than attempting to turn them on to look for internal hard drives, we are not implying a device will always power on just because it did when we tried it.
