This is an adapter lead which comprises of an extendable curly cord which extends to about a metre length. On one end is a 2.5mm 2 pole mono plug and at the other end is a 3.5mm 3 pole stereo socket. The level of audio can be set using the inline volume control. Its a pretty unusual item that you rarely find on Ebay.
