Includes all parts, pieces and instructions. I bought this from Chewy for our dogs but they ended up not ever laying on it. Size XL, dimensions are 49"x 33" and 9" off the ground. Put together and dogs may have got up on it once or twice before I took it apart and put it back in the box it came in. Indoor and outdoor use - weatherproof. It's the grey and black version.
