This camcorder is in good working condition. Cosmetically speaking, the body has some fairly noticeable scratches here and there. The screen has light scratches, and the lens glass is in great condition with only very light scratches which have no effect on the image quality. The camcorder comes with just the Canon battery and charger, and the hand strap as shown. The pictures are of the actual items you will receive. The camcorder will be shipped in a box carefully wrapped in bubble wrap for protection.
