The device powers on. Sound output was confirmed, but the TONE function does not work, and sometimes the sound cuts out. Also, sound is produced even when the volume is at 0. Due to a lack of specialized knowledge, other functions are unconfirmed. There are minor scuffs, but it is relatively clean. Simple cleaning has been performed.
