This dock is fully functional. I've been using it for a few years. Just upgraded to a new computer so I don't need it. It includes an original microsoft box for it but I didn't look if the serial numbers matched between the box and the dock before I packed it. I have multiple of these docks. I'll ship out fast. See my positive feedback.
