I think this is new, but the package is dented on one side, it is dusty from storage and dust got under the tape seals, and it looks like some of the seals were maybe opened or removed? Maybe this was a store returned item? The doll and package may have shelf wear from storage that doesn’t show in pictures such as scuffs or dust marks on the doll, dust on the package, creases on the cardboard, scuffs or scratches to the cardboard/plastic, wear to the edges or corners, bends to the cardboard or plastic, or other defects.
