PCB 100536284 ST9500325AS P/N: 9HH134-286 F/W: 0002SDM1 Seagate

Firmware: 0002SDM1. Model number: ST9500325AS. 100536286 REV E on the PCB. PCB was removed from a working hard drive that was used for Read/Write head swap or had bad sectors. Hard drive spins, but not recognized by computer, will PCB solve my problem?.
