Vintage Decoware metal cake carrier/cake keeper 1950s, measuring 11½” wide x 5¼” tall. Features softly aged orange and yellow paint with bright yellow and orange tulips, green leaves, and a Pennsylvania Dutch Hex Sign design repeated three times around the lid—an uncommon detail. The metal lid locks securely to the base for safe transport of cakes, pies, or bars. Marked Decoware on the bottom and made by the Continental Can Company. In pretty good vintage condition: clean, attractive, fully usable, with minor scratches and paint wear consistent with age and normal use. A charming piece of mid-century kitchenware and collectible Americana.
