Comes with everything you see in the photos. The console is a bit dusty, needs an air spray. I’ve never opened it up so I don’t know what it looks like from the inside. The black controller had some cola spilled on it a while ago and the PS button is a bit sticky. I bought cyberpunk used and it has a smokers smell in the case. Resident Evil 4 is brand new.
