This is the QR beam bike bag and quick attach bike rack shown in the photos by Topeak. IT's an easy to install bike rack and bag system. The water bottle holder might not be the best but the rest of the bag is pretty quality. I forgot to take measurements but if you need them I will get them. I probably will do so anyways to confirm shipping measurements.
