The dial around the release button has four mode positions: L (lock), Auto, 100X (1/100, X sync) and B. lighter than an OM-1 or OM-2. Without power from two 1.5-volt button cells, the only shutter speeds usable are B and the flash X-sync speed of 1/100 sec.
