Very nice condition. No visible damage to screen. Has a scratch on the IR/Light panel on front and a tiny crack in the case on top. Comes with remote but the remote is pretty worn out and most of the TV buttons no longer work (I did test with a universal remote and it worked - tested with a Philips universal remote using auto-search function).
