I bought it new and used it for a month. I have taken it off from my account and reset all the settings so it will be setting up like new for you. there is nothing wrong with the camera or functionality. it works great. the only reason I am not interested is I found paying 5.99 per month for service to be ridiculous as I had a friend who has similar camera without subscription .and i loved his camera quality so I switched. any questions, please direct to me.
