Well here’s one you don’t see often. Shadow packs by Richard Jones of Fort Collins. From my husband’s extensive vintage bike collection. This rear rack pack attaches to your rack with the outer straps in a conventional way, but it also converts to a Fanny pack with the stow away straps (made from seat belt material) that are cleverly hidden until needed. The waist pack straps extend to 39”, so keep that in mind if you want to use that feature. It’s a very lightweight and simple design with only the main compartment. No extra pockets. It’s been in storage and has that ubiquitous storage scent to it. A little soap and water and time outside will probably cure that.
