New open box; Box was damaged by moisture, as a result the end of the roll has a bit of discoloration. As you can see from the pics, the roll is in new condition…..and will function as made. The box does have damage to it. I am also including a random attachment brush as pictured…I am uncertain as to whether or not it is new or used.
