Building is in very good condition; A lot of these buildings suffer from the same issues after 20 years, the glue starts detaching and repairs are made. I’ve noticed that parts of the building appear to have had some repairs, the hawk and the gazelle appear to have been reattached but are firmly attached now. The railing leading into the building is slightly askew. All in all, given that this building is over 29 years old, it is in very good condition, albeit with some condition issues.
