Keyboard is Brand New in box…has not been removed; The outer sleeve of the box does have some damage, including having the UPC cut out. For those that don’t remember , we use to have to cut out UPCs and return them with a form to the manufacturer for a rebate…that is likely what happened to the sleeve The keyboard is once again NEW in box
