Item is in used / pre-owned condition. Powers on and when the correct remote (not included) is attached, the telescope rotates. I could not get the telescope to move up and down with the remote. The battery compartment is nice (no corrosion). There is tape residue on the base and other parts of the telescope. For parts or repair. See photos for description, sold as is.
