These packs refused to charge on charger, the cells inside are ok and do charge to 4v+ pictured is one of many, although I am listing one to check interest.. Some of these packs were brand new but just fell below the required voltage for charging .. these are great for salvaging and reusing cells for other uses. They are Sanyo 18650 medium high continuous 10a load (UR1865ZM2) cells with about 2500Mah per cell they are from robot vacuums message me for any questions
