Our puppy at the time decided to chew on the box and proceeded to chew on the headset. All cords are there none have been chewed, only foam inserts, box and headset have been damaged. All paperwork is there including the codes, they have not been used. Has never been plugged in or attached to our PS4. Foam inserts have been removed and thrown out a long time ago, I have bubble wrapped and boxed up everything.
