An old Art Deco style Ladies Powder Bowl by Liberty of London, England circa 1923. Silver plated top with an elegant and timeless design of iris's. The under side of the top serves as a mirror. Round glass base complete with a spotless white soft powder puff and the original card/net insert that serves to separate the puff from the powder!
