Does not appear used to me, as the data port to connect to a computer is still factory covered and the cords appear unwrapped. There is, however, a small blemish on the upper left of the device that should not affect functioning (pictured and reflected in the price). Comes with ND-1000 scanner, power supply, USB, CD, Docs.
