For sale is this insulated picture frame type loft hatch in smooth white finish. This is brand new condition but was delivered slightly damaged with a mark to the blue insulation panel on the inside of the lid, please see attached pictures. These are £130 on eBay to buy new. To fit this your loft hatch open void will need to be between 556mm-580mm wide x 700mm-730mm long. Any questions please ask, no returns accepted.
