Insegna Militaria US Army "Recon Vehicles Only" 24" x 25" x 3/8" Alluminio RARA
It's made of aluminum. I'm not sure of age of this, or where it's from exactly. I've never seen anything like it before, so I'm guessing it's rare. I'm guess this is from that Era, the early 1990s, but I really don't know.
