these are three large cooling fans mounted on a aluminum rail they were originally used for Cooling a large 480 volt DC power supply,it had large scr pucks and these fans were used for Cooling them they have air flow switches unit is in fair condition one fan is a bit stiff but will probably still work again with some oil hopefully someone can use will be well packed thanks for looking
