This is not the standard UK/EU/CN/US/AU size, it's our own size chart. For example: If the your kids actual feet length is 18cm, you can try the shoes with 18.8cm-19cm insole length. If your kids actual feet length is 18cm (but the feet are fat and wide), you can try shoes with insole length 19-19.5cm.
