The pin is in reasonably good antique condition with age appropriate wear (loss of gold toned gilt, build up of decades of dirt/detritus, etc.) noted—SEE PHOTOS. The clasp functions as designed. A lot of the gold tone gilt has worn away at the edges and back but the glass stones are all intact and even though the brooch needs a good cleaning, they still sparkle.
