Vintage Briggs and Stratton 5 HP Engine Parts Accessories Carburetor. This is a carburetor from a 5 HP Model 130232. Everything moves fine on this carburetor but it hasn't been used for awhile so it will need a cleaning or rebuild. The carburetor is marked 3B, and the plastic fuel pickup tube is gone.
