Only worn twice the toe sliders have some scrapes on the metal part which is replaceable and a little mark on one of the boot adjuster all in photos and does not in anyway affect use otherwise these boots are very good condition and not been worn in yet still have a new feel to them. The size states eu 43 usa 9.5 and uk 9 that said they feel more like a uk 8.5
