The jack in the box is in very good condition. It works completely. It seems to be a part of some sort of rewards program for BB&T employees. The shallow cardboard box on the bottom is attached to the toy. The jack in the box is made of metal. All of the graphics on the metal are painted or printed. They are not decals.
