Electro Rent will withdraw in case of failing security screening. Electro Rent warrants that Electro Rent owned standard Software substantially conforms to Specifications. If Electro Rent receives notice of a defect or non-conformance during the warranty period, Electro Rent will, at its option, repair or replace the affected Product.
