This Nintendo Switch was bought new in mid 2017. (Note: In my testing, the Switch itself does not seem capable of gigabit speeds. To ensure the fastest possible connection, connect the ethernet adapter to the USB 3 port inside the Dock, not the external ports (which are limited USB 2 speeds)).
