This animal ICU is pre-owned and shows some wear. The small door to access the filter shuts but when you open it it is being held on with tape. See photo. You can also see scratches on the plexiglass. I have tested this and the heater works and shuts off when it gets to the desired temperature. The fan that pushes the heat does work but makes a noise at times like the fan blade is hitting on something. Please look at pictures to ensure satisfaction.
