This headset I believe is still new or possibly opened but never used. This item was left in storage and the headpieces that rest on your ears. The material came apart and got stuck to practically everything. Including the register card, the manual, the plastics, including the headset. We cleaned it off and we removed the headpieces and we threw them away since they are completely destroyed. We are selling it used and we did take out the little piece to test it just enough to hear it play and they sound amazing. You just need to buy new earpieces for the headphones themselves.
