Red wheels and a character theme, possibly "Mary and Her Little Lamb" based on the image. Manufactured in the United States, Produced around the late 1940s to early 1950s. Toy has been well loved with surface rust on wheels and bell, but overall is in good working order. Condition shown in the photos. Missing reigns. Horse head is a little wiggly on the stick.
