Was told by previous owner item was new. Inspected item and unable to confirm. Remote control looks to be unused in perfect condition. VCR shows little to no signs of use but does have cosmetic flaws shown in pictures. Tested to power on and receive and eject tape. However could not hear / detect the motor working when pressing play/reverse/etc. could be operator error or issue with device. Will come shipped in original box as shown.
