Comes exactly as shown. Some surface wear and scratches. Tested. Serial number sticker to prevent return fraud. I went out and plugged it in and messed with it, works great. Obviously has some rough cosmetic spots. Power cord has electrical tape, i didnt unwrap it. I actually added a layer. Its working and I don't want to mess with it any further, im.out of solder. YES THERE ARE MANY SERIAL NUMBER STICKERS. that's because someone recently took a part on a unit off that I stickered, because the unit itself couldn't be opened or swapped they kept a cosmetic part. So now everything that can be removed gets a sticker, and if you return it without that sticker it will be handled as theft.
