The product is a vintage tie clip from what I believe is the 200th Launch from Vandenberg Air Base in California. The Thai clip measures about one and three-quarter inches in length. The Thai clip I believe is silver plate and it does have a little bit of patina wear. I’m not sure what the capital letters WE stand for on the front. Overall, a nice space exploration item for your collection.
